Not gonna lie, I'm not the biggest fan of Walter, and I am actually very surprised that Klei did not add Woby skins, considering they recently added Wilson beard skins and Abigail skins, I would of thought that they learned that those details were very appriciated. Also... perharps this might make me like Walter a bit more, at least on an appearance point of view.
Also, in Walter's "The Survivor" portrait, Woby clearly has a skin (unless she is just hidding in a bush), I mean c'mon Klei! why not have it in-game!? It would be so much more inmmersive.
