Add a wide variety of ocean "junk" to Crab King's loot table

By ocean "junk", I mean stuff like sea sprouters, anenemies, bull kelp stalks and things like that.

Reason I'd like this is to make some non-renewable resources like sprouters and anenemies renewable through Crab King, and it gives a reason to keep killing Crab King. Right now the only reason you might want to kill Crab King again is either a) for fun or b) for more sea shells. So I think it'd be neat for Crab King to drop other ocean resources that are generally non-renewable. That's all, let me know what ya' think.
